1. Nature of Subscription Fees
The 20 USDC subscription fee is charged for access to software tools, dashboard features, payment-link generation, and related platform functionality.
2. General Refund Rule
Unless required by applicable law, refunds are generally not offered once digital access has been activated, merchant tools have been generated, dashboard access has been unlocked, or an on-chain payment has been confirmed. Blockchain transactions are typically irreversible, so please verify the wallet, amount, and network before payment.
3. Cases That May Be Reviewed
- A persistent platform-side technical failure prevented activation after successful payment.
- A duplicate charge, incorrect charge, or platform-side billing error occurred.
- The platform created an incorrect subscription state due to a verifiable internal error that cannot be corrected.
4. Cancellation
You may use the supported cancellation or auto-renew disable controls where available. Cancellation usually means future billing cycles will not renew automatically. It does not normally create a prorated refund for the current active billing period unless required by law or separately approved in writing.
5. Wallet Authorization Reminder
If you want to fully stop future on-chain recurring charges, disabling auto-renew on the platform may not be enough by itself. You should also review and, if appropriate, revoke any related token approval or subscription authorization in your wallet.
